Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This site is the personal website of Marley Jay. This policy explains what information the site collects when you visit, and what happens to it.

What is collected when you visit

Like most websites, the web host records log files that include IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamps, and referring and exit pages. These are used to run and secure the site and to understand aggregate usage, and are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, and analytics cookies may be set by Google. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Comments, forms and email

The public pages of this site do not accept comments, and there are no public contact forms. If you email me, I keep your message so I can reply. I do not sell or share it.

Accounts

Most of this site is private and sits behind a login. There is no public registration. WordPress records login attempts and account activity for security.

Embedded content

Pages on this site may include embedded content, such as videos or images from other websites. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly, and those websites may collect data about you under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

I do not sell personal information. The services that help run this site, such as the web host and Google Analytics, process data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

If you have a question about your data, or you would like anything held about you corrected or deleted, email mj@marleyjay.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
